Made for the chai people.
Every cookie we made paired with coffee. Then people kept asking what they should dunk in their chai, and we didn't have an answer. So we made one: whole wheat cookie sticks with jeera and jaggery. A little savoury, a little sweet, and the right shape for dunking.
No maida, no palm oil, no preservatives.
Ingredients: Whole wheat flour, butter (President unsalted), jaggery, corn flour, jeera (cumin), salt.

Shelf life: 45 days. Store sealed in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep in an airtight container.
Baked to order: order by Thursday night, we bake Friday and ship Saturday.
